PANDA RIDES

Panda Rides is a company that offers self drive bikes & cars on rent. The idea is fresh and definitely from the unbeaten track.  The whole idea to start this company began when Anuraag Borah (CEO) rented a bike from WICKED RIDE Bangalore, for a short trip with his friends. The experience he had, and the hassle free service that was provided to him made him think why not a self drive bike renting company in Guwahati with the same business model of the Wicked Ride. The idea was not to copy paste whatever wicked ride was doing but was to provide the riders in Guwahati and other parts of North-East with a hassle free service without any hidden cost.

When the ground work was carried on, he found very few existing bike rental companies which had huge deposit fees and was catering only to little section of the riders. The next step was to get investments, so when Anuraag shared the idea with his brother (Akshay), about how necessary it was to have a self drive bike & car rental company in Guwahati where people from across the globe visit and start their journey onwards other parts of North-East, the reply was Why Not!!!.. In fact it may be a coincidence that both the brothers had this idea in their head for a very long time but didn’t know how to proceed.

In completeness Panda Rides was formed to make trips easy for everyone who could rent a ride for long tours or for short city trips. The aim of the team is to provide the customers with the best service. And over the span of a few months, the customer lists has covered all parts of the country along with clients from abroad as well.

The next step For Panda Rides is to venture into Adventure Tourism, which may kickstart by the end of March. And so, taking a trip down the beauty we call Northeast India is made much easy with the Panda Services who definitely in a way are boosting Tourism.
